What you will be doing
Your main responsibility is to manage and report on the financial data of your new company. This role includes the recording of expense transactions in Douala, all bank transactions and raising payment vouchers. You will manage the verification of purchase bills and recording of payments as part of your duties and this is no problem for you as you are a stickler for details. Preparation of Monthly Financial and Management Reports and weekly cash forecasting based on capacity is easily done as you have this experience from your previous employment.
You also enjoy implementing processes that maintain and strengthen internal financial control. Other duties include monthly declarations for Payroll and Adv company tax as well as ensuring that the company abides by internal, tax and admin policies. We are an exciting new start up in the cacao industry and aim to impact the cacao industry in a postive way starting with the farmer. You will be based at the Douala office and working very closely with the Cameroon Manager.
