Description
The Admissions Manager (AM) is responsible for achieving the schools’ revenue and growth objectives by developing and implementing effective student recruitment and parent engagement strategies. As the direct Business Partner of the Head of Country (HoC), the AM has a mandate to manage the school's sales and retention autonomously. The AM is a sales expert with a hands-on approach that has the responsibility of converting the prospects generated and imported into the CRM. S.he serves as the main point of reference internally for all student recruitment and retention-related matters while maintaining a strong relationship with external key stakeholders (partners, ambassadors, service providers, etc). The MA utilizes their analytical skills to optimize strategies and provides data-driven guidance to support decision-making. The AM manages support functions, including but not limited to Welcome Officer / Admission Assistant, Telemarketer and Digital intern, and leads them with influence and assertiveness.

  • Possess extensive knowledge of marketing techniques, as demonstrated by a track record of successfully managing conversion cycles and utilising real-time data to formulate actionable recommendations.

  • Possess a creative mindset, with an eye for innovative solutions and fresh ideas.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Have a natural sense of leadership and is a team player who values collaboration.
Job Requirements
  • S.he defines the school’s student recruitment and retention strategy, based on group guidelines and his/her own expertise, and collaborates with the Marketing Manager to get a deep understanding of the local market.
  • S.he makes sure the school achieves its new enrolment target and a constant positive organic growth.  S.he builds strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to generate prospects. S.he interacts on a daily basis with the prospects during recruitment season in order to convert them into clients and reports each interaction into the CRM tool.
  •  S.he makes sure the school achieves a minimum of 90% and constantly increasing student retention rate, and achieves a high level of parent satisfaction and engagement. 
  • S.he provides his/her management with insights and recommendations based on analysis of facts and data.
  • S.he supervises and coordinates the local admission team (admission assistant, marketing intern) to implement the student recruitment strategy.
  • S.he is the guardian of the Enko Brand in his/her country and ensures Enko is the School of Choice for parents
