As the IT/ Ops engineer, you will be an integral part of the operations team, while working closely with our co-founders. You should have a thirst for knowledge and the ability to learn quickly and grasp new software applications.
- Collaborate with external partners to seamlessly integrate systems and technologies
- Implement and maintain APIs for smooth integration with third-party systems
- Design, develop, and implement dedicated external customers/leads applications to test and gauge market acceptance for future adoption and product feedback
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to enhance the efficiency of internal processes and workflows
- Monitor and optimise automated processes, services and/or infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance
- Integrate common work tools within the organisation, ensuring compatibility and usability across departments
- Apply in-depth knowledge of cloudAWS architecture to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions
- Work closely with Diool teams to identify opportunities for integration and automation across departments
- Has experience of at least 2 years of experience, ideally in startup or financial services
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, security protocols, network systems, and database management
- Knowledge of cloud based architectures and services like AWS, Cloud VPN Gateways and Firewalls…
- Knowledge in designing and documenting REST API’s
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
- Has a startup can-do attitude and a willingness to experiment and try new things
- Native level French (C1) and Intermediate level English (B1) are required
- Advanced technical help-desk experience, with network monitoring tools and methodologies is an advantage
