Position is based inDOUALA
- Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
- Using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs
- Undertaking complex calculations using computer software like AutoCAD, Revit, or RISA
- Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
- Compiling job specifications and supervising tendering procedures
- Resolving design and development problems
- Managing budgets and project resources
- Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety
- Monitoring and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors.
- Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.)
- Make recommendations for materials to use and safety measures to take
- Perform daily field work and write reports detailing project viability and progress.
- Minimum 2 to 7years of experience
- Aged 26 years and above
- Civil engineering skills,
- Initiative and decision-making skills
- Sense of anticipation
