- Customer Support
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns, complaints, and issues.
- Collaborate with team members to find effective solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to address customer queries effectively.
- Stay updated on product changes and updates
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Work closely with team members to share customer feedback and insights
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (Business, Communication, Customer Service, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Highly creative and autonomou
- Proficiency in using customer support tools and software
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Strong analytical skills
