- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues for end-users, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Configure and manage network devices, including MikroTik routers and Cisco switches, to ensure optimal network performance and security.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up IT equipment and necessary software.
- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, issues, and solutions in the ticketing system
