Job Summary:
The Project Director is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and supervision of rural electrification projects. He/she ensures the timely and efficient delivery of the works, compliance with safety and environmental standards, and the achievement of project objectives within budget and schedule.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of rural electrification projects.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure coordination between civil, electrical, and environmental departments.
- Oversee project budget, schedule, and quality control.
- Maintain direct communication with clients, partners, and local authorities.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, HSE, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and validate technical and financial reports.
Experience Required: 15 years overall, including at least 5 years in similar electrification works
Qualification: Bac +5 or MSc in Electricity or related disciplines
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in project management in the electrification or power distribution sector.
- Excellent leadership and coordination abilities.
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
