- Payment Processing and Reconciliation
- Compliance with brand standards
- Promotions and fare knowledge
- BTS hotel and catering, hotel management (diploma best suited to quickly move towards responsibilities) -
- 2 years in a similar position experience required (in the luxury hospitality industry is an asset)
- Sense of welcome and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and availability (Shift morning or evening and public holidays).
- Fluent in english
- Proficiency in hotel management software, e.g. Opera, and basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Attention to detail and a job well done
