- Process all new starters and leavers including production of employment contracts, induction packs, reference requests, company handbooks, leaver letters and holiday payments.
- Process all paperwork associated with employment changes and variations to contracts.
- Create and maintain all employee personnel files updated
- Ensure the management of all types of leave e.g.: holiday, sick, maternity, volunteering and schemes e.g. pension are completed effectively
- Provide the HR service delivery: Leave of Absence request, documentation queries…
- Ensuring all employees receive a contract of employment within the required timescales
- Ensuring that all employees are registered to the social security, health insurance (when applicable)
- Follow up the relationship with the SNIF (pension payment, maternity allowance payment…)
- Maintain the HR Database updated including overtime, sick absence reporting
- Support the HR team with all additional HR administration requirements.
- Ensuring the HR contracts and practices are compliant with the law
- Process (as required) weekly and monthly payroll
- Follow up with employee salary and payroll queries.
- Assist with reporting from payroll in line with HR and business requirements.
- Any other duties as required by job.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of solid professional experience (A previous experience in Cement Factory is a plus.)
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, excel, Access, outlook)
- Proficiency in SAP Payroll Software is a plus
- Flexible and adaptable in approach to work with the ability to multi-task

- French and English oral and written proficiency, required.
