Manage the update of staff files
Support in conducting employee morale surveys to advise management on appropriate change and management interventions
Manage staff leave records
Provide support in conception and Montoring HR annual budget
Provide suppor in the conception of HR Dashboard
Ensue adherence to HR policy and practices, consistent with global policy and complian with local statutory and legislative requirements
Maintain and update a summary of the labor law and quick reference in supporting staff understanding and compliance
Administer employee orientation /induction and other learning programmes and make recommendations for necessary changes
Ensure the whole group is equiped with appropriate health and security facilities as prescribed by the legislations
Provide support in the timesly treatment of staff salaries and termination benefits and rights where necessary
Update the HR Information system as appropriate
Handle the HR Department in the absence of the HR Manager
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the hierarchy
- Minimum qualification: Bachelors in HR
- 03+ years progressive experience in HR
- Good written and/or spoken English language,Good written and/or spoken French language is an asset
