To manage card operations and digital products processes and ensure high performance through
excellent customer services and effective control monitoring
Responsible for the day to day running of card operations
Responsible for implementing Group standard service delivery metric(SLA)
Responsible for implementing the Group processes to all branches
Responsible for fraud monitoring
Responsible for providing necessary card training to branches
Support of all digital Products

Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
  • Manage Daily card request processing and upload
  • Manage card transaction’s clearing , settlement and reconciliation -Inter Affiliate settlement MasterCard/ Visa settlement/GIMAC/Cash Express/Union Pay
  • Merchant Acquisition/POS Paiements/MIGS Settlement
  • POS terminal deployment
  • ATM deployment, settlement and reconciliation
  • Suspense accounts proofing
  • Online exemption
  • Limit increases/Change
  • Responsible for managing card transactions disputes , fraud and risk management , audit and
  • compliance issues
  • Card distribution process
  • Others card activities (linkage, blockage, pin reissued,)
  • Cardholder disputes resolution and chargeback process
  • Nostro reconciliation
  • Card /Pin scheduling and dispatch
  • Processing of Trapped cards
  • Card destruction
  • Fee Collection and reconciliation of Instant Card/Cash express/IBK/Orange Money/MTN Money
  • Responsible for providing necessary card training to branches
  • Implementation of all new cards & digital products project : Agency banking; OMNI to Cards & Mobile
  • Money; Merchant Mobile Money; ECOBANKPAY by RAFIKI
  • Management and reconciliation of transaction related to IBK, Orange Money, Xpress Cash, agency banking, MTN Mobile Money, MFS MoMo & AIRTIME Purchase…
  • Perform all other task requested by the hierarchy
Job Requirements
  • 1 -2 experience in Card Products and Card Operations
  • High level of working knowledge of all the Bank’s products, procedure and policies
  • Advance Level+4/5
