- Provide leadership, coordination and guidance on all matters pertaining to the smooth implementation of the project.
- Manage, monitor and report on all activities being carried out by the project implementing staff.
- Set work plans and manage project activities to achieve the project's goals and draft weekly and monthly reports.
- Plan, design and provide direct supervision of the implementation of project activities to ensure that deadlines are met and activities produce quality outputs.
- Undertake field visits.
- Establish and manage relationships and key stakeholders.
- Supervise and support the field team in conducting activities.
- Support the project team in ensuring and maintaining comprehensive project documentation ( including Activity, Monthly and Review reports).
- Responsible for Monthly Review meetings with Senior Management and Donors.
- Ensure that project activities are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Perform other duties as assigned by hierarchy.
- Masters degree in Project Management or any other related field
- Experience in project management or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
