Location: Douala
- Development of a Branding plan which identifies and defines the current and future positioning
- Works with sales and trade marketing to identify programming to generate incremental sales and /or profitability
- Growing existing affiliate partner sales for the group and building, negotiating, and managing new affiliate partner acquisitions
- Overseeing the production of TVC, newspaper and magazine advertisements, road shows, and liaising with art designers and media buyers
- Analyzes current performance, trends, market conditions, and other contributing factors and provide adequate protection through the distribution system in a cost-effective manner
- Work with agencies (Advertising, Media, and media Event agency) and other departments to execute all aspects of marketing activities.
- Works with internal customers, Online, and PR to execute marketing activities through owned media channels
- Analyze and monitor competitor and consumer activity to identify opportunities for growth
- The creation and development of the digital marketing strategy including analytics and user experience; social media; search engine marketing and web management.
- Must have completed a Master’s Degree in Marketing, Product Design or a related field.
- At least 08 years of working experience as Marketing Manager in FMCG / Food and Retail / Consumer Food & Beverage sectors
- Bilingual, very fluent in French and English (Speaking and Writing).
- Good for project management and analytical skill
- Can-do attitude, initiative, proactive with a passion for managing projects to conclusion and on time.
- Digital marketing skills will be a plus
- Must have a good computer literacy
- Able to work independently as well as able to work with the team
- Good appearance, mature, highly self-motivated, ambitious
- Ability to Execute, Monitor, and Measure On-Ground Market Activations.
