- As a Country Manager, you will be the face of Sterling Perfumes Industries LLC in your own country, which you will lead from end to end
- You will have full P&L responsibility for your region, managing expansion, revenue growth and costs
- You will set your targets to achieve success
- You will be involved in all aspects of local operations.
- You will appoint distributors of our brands COSMO, REVEL. CORNELLS, BIOLUXE
- You have a generous personality and really exceptional interpersonal skills in multiple environment
- You have a proven interest in cosmetics and beauty
- You confidently try new approaches on doing business and constantly learning
- You have a hands-on attitude and you don’t shy away from completing operational tasks
- 2+ years of sales experience preferably in a customer focused environment
- 6+years of relevant experience in a cosmetic ingredient environment.This is to include successful marketing, product management, selling, project management and new business development
- Develop and implement strategic business plans with all key account
- Play a lead role on carrying through cross functional projects and initiatives
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business decisions
- Provide regular reporting on achievement of business objectives and KPI’s.
- Create weekly status reports and maintain spreadsheets
- Help to produce presentation material
- Preparing mid-year and year-end reviews gaining input from vendor/store
- Conducting associate reviews, involving appropriate store personnel
- Accepting additional duties or share responsibilities during busy times and/or as requested by Sales Team Manager/Assistant Store/Store Manager

- Develope project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Lead Demand and Supply planning teams
- Generate the volume recommendations for Budget cycles and Long Range Plans (LRP)
- Responsible for preparing and managing budgetary expectations relative to assigned category and accounting therefore
- Product line SWOT analysis
- Routine marketplace and customer analysis
- Corporate, divisional, departmental, and area communication and coordination
- Process compliance and improvement
- Document and proposal preparation, refinement and presentation
