- Greet and welcome customers to the showroom and assist them with their inquiries.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of the products on display.
- Recommend suitable products to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Close sales and place customer orders.
- Arrange delivery and installation of the products as per customer's request.
- Follow up with customers after sales and provide after-sales service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the showroom.
- Update your product knowledge and sales skills regularly.
- Promote and display products in an attractive and appealing manner to increase sales (merchandising).
- Previous experience as a sales representative, preferably in a related industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Empathy, kindness, flexibility, vibrancy, honesty, integrity, and smartness.
- Initiative, responsibility, problem-solving, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of the products and related market trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point of sale systems advantageous.
- A diploma or degree in marketing, sales, sociology, or related field will be an added advantage.
