Position : Management Controller (01)
Location Meyomessala, South Cameroon.
- Develop forecast activity plans, apply and enforce management procedures and tools. Participate in improving the company's performance, Monitor the evolution of the company's financial results
- Ensures high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules. Also ensures transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.
- Communicates timely and efficiently with Local Management team as well as with HQ Controllers, and other internai stakeholders on financial performance, issues and actions to improve.
- Interprets financial results and measures in the context of business operations.
- Develops and oversees processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information.
- Oversees the business pla'nning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and serves as the interface to Local Business.
- Monitors progress achieved and provides insight and analysis to support operational decision-making. Identifies issues and advises management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve.
- Identifies cost savings potentials, drives productivity optimization and capital efficiency.
- Establish the monthly consolidated report of the business under the responsibility of CF0 and GM.
- Analysing performance indicators and their changes in order to provide guidance to Management
- Follows and implements internai controls standards. Ensures compliance with corporate and country standards, regulations, and guidelines.
- follow up of headcounts and allocation on projects, liaising with HR and head of departments.
- Preparation of annual Budget and consolidating the departments needs as per the business plan for the upcoming year.
- Assisting the managers building their budget, challenging budget.
- Master or bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Finance /Accounting (or equivalence);
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience in business controlling, Management control and/or accounting function, in complex international organization;
- Profound SAP user and system expertise;
- Hands-on mentality and the ability to work proactively, independently, and pragmatically;
- Profound knowledge of finance and control processes, IFRS regulations;
- Strong interpersonal skills, a sense of dialogue and the ability to communicate diplomatically. (rigorous, organized, autonomous, curious).
- Demonstrating Team spirit and analytical skills in cost control will be and added advantage;
- Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint presentations and power bi presentations;
- Bilingual - fluent in English and French. (A good demonstration of English mastery in application and interview would be a plus.
