Description
We are recruiting two (02) young and experienced HR Assistant to support in carrying out our various HR activities.
Position based in Yaoundé
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
  • Work on company payroll
  • Establish payroll for all employee
  • Ensure a good social climate within the organization
  • Prepare the necessary administrative and HR documents
  • Define job descriptions and key performance indicators for all employees in your department
  • Provide advice, training, coaching and motivation to staff under your direct supervision.

  • Lead and motivate your team
  • Minimize the company's risk in relation to the employee
  • Prepare the necessary administrative and HR documents
  • Write job descriptions and job advertisements
  • Take appropriate action quickly in various management situations
  • Guarantee an optimal corporate culture
  • Ability to understand senior management's perspective and effectively analyze complex issues
  • Take appropriate action quickly in various management situations
  • Diligence and firmness with high ethical and integrity standards
  • Ability to use effective strategies to facilitate change initiatives and overcome resistance to change
  • Ensure that all employees have a contract and job description
  • Ensure that all employees have signed the non-confidentiality agreement.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
  • Have at least 02 years of experience in Human Resources Management
  • Have a minimum bac +3 in Human Resources Management or any other related diploma
  • Master French and English
  • Required age: maximum 35 years
  • Good knowledge of labor law and internal company policy
  • Solid knowledge of payroll management
  • Mastery of the Recruitment Process
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Very organized
  • Attention to detail
  • Good ability to solve problems
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Bilingual – English and French
