General Business of Africa (GBA) SA, a commercial company which operates particularly in the representation and distribution of major brands of cosmetic and food products, is looking for one (01) IT specialist for its development and service needs.
- Place of execution: DOUALA
- Type of contract : PERMANENT CONTRACT
- Starting date: TO BE COMMUNICATED
- Maintain essential IT operations, including operating system, security tools, applications, servers, email system, laptops, desktops, software,
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements
- Enable faster and smarter business processes and employee productivity
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies hardware, and software Serve as the subject-matter expert supporting Mac OS X. Windows. and widely used software and application, such as Microsoft. Adobe. and Google Workspace
- Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones
- Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost efficiency and accuracy
- Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and adrninistration, and ensure components meet business needs and work together seamlessly
- Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues
Train employees in using software and hardware, and provide technical support, when needed
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science
- Project management experience and professional certification
- Two years of experience in IT and being in services
- Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monotoring tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpersonal of company information.
