Description

In view of this inclusion and diversity, and as part of the implementation of the GEDI action plan, the country program has decided to promote the integration of people with reduced mobility into an internship program within IRC Cameroon for a period of two (02) months and in various sectors according to the needs identified by the program and operations managers, in order to give them access to a professional environment and strengthen their capacity in their respective areas of expertise.

Missions / Responsabilités / Activités

Objectives of the internship program
This Internship Program Aims To

Offer work experience to people with reduced mobility in a highly competitive professional context which is highly competitive and difficult for them to access
Promote equal opportunities for all social classes
Strengthen their skills in the humanitarian world
Promote ethical values, GEDI within IRC Cameroon

Responsibilities

Ensure that purchases are made in accordance with IRC and specific donor policies.
Routine communication, coordination and planning with relevant requesting staff/programs regarding the ordering and delivery of supplies.
Ensure supplier payments are made in a timely manner
Ensure that all required Supplies, services and equipment are delivered on time.
Establishing and maintaining ethical and professional working relationships with suppliers.
Maintain vendor information for regularly purchased items and be informed of current local market conditions.
Support the updating of the database of suppliers at the Buea level.
Support for stock movements and updating of related records
Support in updating the list of goods and properties in offices and guest houses
Do any other task communicated by the supervisor

Compétences / Exigences / Qualités

Bachelor/HND in Logistics and Stock
