We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Delivery Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment of our solutions at client sites, acting as the primary liaison between Kaeyros and our clients. This role requires a blend of project management, client advocacy, and technical skills to deliver exceptional service and drive client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of deployment are prepared and ready.
- Serve as the primary advocate for clients within Kaeyros, ensuring their needs and feedback are communicated effectively to relevant teams.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
- Be physically present at client offices to facilitate the deployment of Kaeyros solutions.
- Provide hands-on support and ensure client comfort and confidence during the deployment process.
- Conduct thorough training sessions for client users on how to effectively use Kaeyros solutions.
- Identify and communicate potential opportunities for solution upgrades and enhancements to the sales and development teams.
- Provide insights based on client interactions to help drive product improvements.
- Offer ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve client problems efficiently and effectively.
- Act as the project manager during deployment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and manage any issues that arise to keep the project on track.
- At least 3 years of experience in tech, project management, or technical sales.
- Fluent in both French and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable and skilled in client-facing roles.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Strong diplomatic skills with the ability to handle sensitive client interactions and conflicts diplomatically.
- Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies and solutions.
- Excellent listening skills to effectively understand and address client needs
