Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
This is a full-time role as a Growth Operator at Buyam. As a Growth Operator, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives and strategies to expand our user base and increase engagement. This includes implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, optimizing conversion funnels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid role, based in Communauté urbaine de Douala, with flexibility for remote work.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or digital marketing
- Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Experience in e-commerce or marketplace industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science or related field
