- Serving customers expeditiously and courteously;
- Sell products and services;
- Prospect and develop your customer portfolio;
- Handling cash payments and receipts;
- Processing all cash operations against authorized justifying documents;
- Receiving and confirming cash from customers;
- Paying cash to customers;
- Receiving and confirming cash from vault and banks;
- Posting and processing cash deposits and withdrawals against vouchers;
- Performing confirmatory cash count at the close of the day to ensure a balance of physical cash and cash in the system.
- Mastery of products and services sold in MFIs (MicroFinance Institutions)
- Mastery of sales and prospecting techniques
- Mastery of customer reception techniques
- Ease in handling figures and funds
- Be perfectly bilingual (French and English)
- Be oriented customer and result
- Good ability to respect procedures for processing cash transactions
- BAC+2 (HND) minimum in Banking and Finance, Management Science, Accounting, Marketing and Communication, Commercial Action, and/or any equivalent diploma
- Live in one of the following towns : Douala, Yaoundé and Buea
- Justify at least 1 year of experience in working as a Teller in a Microfinance or banking institution. A meaningful experience using the Teller module of any banking software
- Be a Cameroonian (Male/Female)
- Be available immediately
