Description
Candidate will be responsible for ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization while
overseeing operations and regulatory compliance. Persons with strong experience in the
banking and microfinance sector of central Africa and are well versed with modern
technologies especially in the finance world stand a high chance of being selected.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
1. Marketing Campaign Management: 
• Campaign Development: 
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media platforms. 
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for promotional materials, advertisements, and company website updates. 
• Analytics and Reporting: 
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform and support marketing strategies. 
2. Sales Support: 
• Lead Generation: 
- Support the sales team by conducting outreach, research, generating, and qualifying leads through various marketing initiatives. 
- Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on leads to nurture sales opportunities. 
• Client Coordination: 
- Coordinate with sales executives to schedule client meetings and property viewings. 
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. 
3. Client Relationship Management: 
• Customer Engagement:
 - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of Key Responsibilities satisfaction.
• Feedback Collection:
- Gather client feedback and communicate insights to the sales and marketing teams to improve service delivery.
4. Event Planning and Coordination:
• Event Organization: - Assist in planning and executing promotional events, open houses, and trade shows to showcase properties and attract potential clients.
 - Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and promotional materials.
 • Networking: - Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and establish connections.
5. Public Relations Support:
 • PR Activities:
- Support public relations efforts by working with our PR agency to draft press releases, coordinating media outreach, and managing relationships with industry publications.
- Assist in creating PR campaigns to enhance the company's reputation and public image.
 - Monitor media coverage and report on PR campaign success.
 6. Administrative Support:
• Documentation:
 - Maintain organized records of marketing activities, sales data, and client interactions.
 - Prepare regular reports for management on sales and marketing performance.
• Expenses Management:
- Assist in filing marketing budgets and expenses, ensuring up to date records Expertise
 - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
 - Experience with sales CRM systems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with the ability to create engaging content and presentations.
 - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
 - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
