- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, WhatsApp and others).
- Monitor, moderate and respond to audience interactions, fostering a vibrant online community.
- Create reports and analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to align content with brand messaging.
- Keep website details up to date, ensuring consistency with social media content.
- Create engaging digital communication (such as mailings, SMS or similar digital communication campaigns)
- Write and manage our brand blog posts for the website to support SEO and engagement goals.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (Please share your campaigns or accounts managed for reference)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and SEO practices.
- Excellent communication and writing in French and English.
- Great organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
