- Lead and manage the construction of Phase 1 of the Elysian Heights Residential Estate, which includes 10-20 housing units, roads, utilities, and other infrastructure development.
 - Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure on-time delivery of the project.
 - Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and adherence to design and quality standards.
 - Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
 - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety, and address any issues or delays proactively.
 - Provide regular progress reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.
 - Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
 - Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely availability.
 - Foster strong relationships with local authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
 - Ensure that the construction meets the standards of a gated community, including infrastructure design and execution.
 - Prepare project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
 
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
 - Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with specific experience in gated communities and infrastructure development.
 - Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential or mixed-use developments from start to finish.
 - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, architects, and government officials.
 - Excellent knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and local building codes in Cameroon or similar contexts.
 - Proficiency in project management software and tools.
 - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 
- Willingness to relocate to Limbe, Cameroon for the duration of the contract.
 - Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a dynamic construction environment.
 - Flexibility to extend the contract based on performance and project needs.
