- Assist other units when requested, during new integrations
- Assist other teams where necessary to ensure that all network related problems are resolved within SLAs
- Design, validate and apply procedures (How-To) for implementing and troubleshooting of customer services
- Ensure that all customers related problems are resolved within SLAs
- Customer first focused with maximum tickets resolution and providing quality support for corporate customers
- Ensure an intervention form is signed by the client during any on site visit
- Ensure the delivery note is signed for any commissioning (Internet, TV)
- Keep customers DB up to date (Name, contact, location, service, Date of commissioning. configurations backup)
