- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Create and publish digital marketing content, and determine what content will reach customers.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Manage E-communications.
- Develop and integrate content marketing strategies.
- Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize user funnels.
- Design online banners and assist with website updates.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Conduct social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns.
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent, and a certificate in Digital marketing
- At least One Year experience employed as a digital marketer
- Must be bilingual (English & French)
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges
- Ability to work effectively on multiple projects at once
- Warm personality with great communication skills
- Ability to work well under limited supervision and under pressure
- Dynamic, sense of responsibility, and humble
- Familiar with the music industry
