- Provide customers with a list of available services and corresponding prices and offer discounts after approval from management.
- Help customers choose the most appropriate service that best meets their specifications and needs.
- Supervising the booking of banquet facilities, rooms and other outlets in the hotel to ensure that they are available and properly organised.
- monitor the quality of the hotel's customer service to ensure guests' enjoyment
- Carry out business intelligence
- Prospecting and expanding the hotel's customer base
- Helping to monitor payments for events organised
- At least 5 years proven at the similar positions (previous hotel experience is an asset)
- A master’s degree in sales and Marketing or related field (certification in CRM or other is an asset)
- Strong negotiation or sale abilities and solid customer service attitude
- Ability to collect, understand and analyze sales performances metrics
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Fluency in English
