The Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) Officer will be responsible for capacity-building, assessment, and response analysis.You will also support the Response Team in thedesign and implementation of cash transfer programs that are multi-sectoral as well as sector-specific in nature.As the CVA Officer, you will serve as a liaison staff between the project team and the beneficiaries, ensuring that the beneficiaries receive what they deserve – conveniently, with full accountability and dignified.

Location: Bamenda
Type of Role: Fixed Term Project Contract of Twenty-Two (22) Months
Reports to: Project Coordinator/Livelihood Specialist
Grade: Hay Level 12

Compétences / Exigences / Qualités

To best meet up with your objectives, the below will be of key value to you:

University degree in Economics, Engineering Sciences, Agroeconomics or Development Students;
Two (02) years of experience in humanitarian and/or development context;
Previous experience in CVA related activities in Emergencies;
Knowledge and/or experience with Plan International is an added advantage;
Be able to speak English and the local language common in the Northwest - Southwest Regions;
Proven skills in community mobilization and facilitation;
