Stoneshed Asset Management is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team.
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at S.A.M. This role involves building strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and providing tailored investment solutions while collaborating with the business development team to drive client acquisition and retention.
- Portfolio Development: Establish and expand a robust client portfolio to support growth objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for our institutional and individual clients, ensuring their investment needs are met and their portfolios perform optimally.
- Client Onboarding and Retention: Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring compliance, smooth transitions. and exceptional service to increase retention.
- Business Development and Sales Support: Work closely with the sales department to identify new business opportunities and assist in crafting personalized proposais and investment solutions.
- Portfolio and Performance Reviews: Coordinate regular portfolio reviews and performance updates, offering strategic recommendations to meet clients' and company goals.
- Market and Product Knowledge: Stay ahead of market trends and ensure clients are well-informed about the investment products that best suit their objectives
- Education: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in client relationship management within an asset management or a financial Institution.
- Skills: Communication, Client-focused, Strong inter-personal, Excellent knowledge of financial products, Problem-solving ability
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Data analysis and reporting. Digital Communication, Cybersecurity Awarenes
