- Ensure accurate follow-up of customer files in our IT system.
- Achieve individual and team performance objectives.
- Provide high quality customer service by responding to customer questions and concerns.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a call center or similar position.
- Excellent oral communication skills in French.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer tools and call management software.
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
