- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules for all plant equipment.
- Collaborate with maintenance technicians, operations personnel, and contractors to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime, minimizing production interruptions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
- A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner in a heavy industrial environment, cement industry experience is a strong asset.
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
