TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI
- Develop and implement a comprehensive route to market strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives
- Manage and optimize our company’s presence across various channels, including traditional trade, modern trade, e-commerce, and other emerging channels.
- Collaborate with the logistics and distribution teams to ensure that our products are delivered to customers in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Gather and analyse data on customer and consumer behaviour to inform RTC strategies and optimize our route to market
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our RTC strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- MBA or advanced degree;
- Certifications in sales, marketing, or logistics, Project Management such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or the Certified Professional in Logistics (CPL)
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales and commercial operations, Sales field role and RTC at senior position in the FMCG sector and preferably in the total beverage sectors
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
- Fluent in English and French (Writing & speaking)
- Ability to interpret different sources of data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Proficient in sales management software and CRM systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- SAP Knowledge will be a plus.
