Description
Nzali-support based in Yaoundé, is currently looking for Call Center Agents to join its team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of proven experience in the field in question.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure accurate follow-up of customer files in our IT system.
  • Achieve individual and team performance objectives.
  • Provide high quality customer service by responding to customer questions and concerns.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a call center or similar position.
  • Excellent oral communication skills in French.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and call management software.
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
Qualities:
  • Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Empathy, patience and ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in the face of change and challenge.
  • Intrinsic motivation to deliver exceptional service.
