- Design a communication strategy tailored to the academic sector in collaboration with academic and administrative departments.
- Promote academic programs and continuing education through specific campaigns: advertising, press, partnerships, and educational fairs.
- Analyze trends in the education market and propose programs that address local and international needs.
- Forecast enrollment targets based on statistical data and communication actions, and share this information with relevant departments.
- Propose targeted actions to retain current students and alumni.
- Design and update marketing materials: institutional brochures, program descriptions, posters, social media publications, and the university's website.
- Coordinate updates for digital platforms, including virtual learning spaces and the program showroom.
- Develop and improve databases for students, corporate partners, and prospects.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys with students, faculty, and partners, and provide improvement recommendations.
- Perform market studies to identify academic opportunities and innovation pathways.
- Foster a marketing culture focused on customer orientation (students, partners, and the community).
- Train and supervise the marketing team and student ambassadors.
- Monitor campaign results and adjust strategies based on performance indicators.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve cross-functional issues (pricing, partnerships, administration).
