- Monitor the bank’s strategic plan to ensure the bank delivers on performance indicators across various departments so that targets are met under the supervision of TL performance Management
- Under the supervision of TL performance Management, develop and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Design and implement performance evaluation approach
- Perform detailed analysis of staff performance to identify basis for deviations from plans and present result to Head Human Capital Management
- Management of the performance appraisal process through the administration of clearly defined policies / procedures
- under the supervision of TL performance Management, Assist organize appraisal review meetings and monitor implementation of appraisal review recommendations
- Carry out industry survey on Staff Performance.

- Minimum of a first degree in any Social Science discipline
- Professional certification in Accounting/Finance
