Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Service Manager to lead and expand our service operations in the Cameroon region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing service centers and establishing new ones, ensuring top-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations of service centers across the region
- Set up and develop new service outlets in strategic locations
- Train and mentor technical teams to maintain high service standards
- Drive service revenue growth through effective planning and execution
- Collaborate with the sales team to support pre- and post-sales service
- Monitor service KPIs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle service and sales
- Experience with Ashok Leyland vehicles preferred
- Exposure to the African market is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, technical, and team management skills
