- Gather requirements from stakeholders, analyses user needs, and translate them into actionable user stories and backlog items.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and provide guidance on scope and priorities.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to define acceptance criteria, review completed work, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor and track team progress, providing timely and accurate status updates to stakeholders, management, and the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business objective
- Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap.
- Prioritize and refine the product backlog based on value, risk, and dependencies, ensuring it aligns with business priorities.
- Write user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Review and accept completed work to ensure it meets acceptance criteria and quality standards
- Regularly gather feedback from stakeholders and users, iterating and adapting the product as necessary to deliver maximum value.
- Oversee end-to-end project management processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and creative thinking skills.
- knowledge of product management practices, including gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and defining product roadmaps.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Understanding of agile principles, values, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, etc)
- Experience as Business Analyst /Product Owner will be considered a plus
- Background in software development and program/Project management
- Strong knowledge of customer payments and data needs
