- Participating in the continuous improvement of customer service.
- Very good proficiency in English
- A degree in customer experience management, marketing, communications or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone skills.
- Ability to handle incoming calls and resolve customer concerns.
- Good listening and analytical skills.
- Calm, empathetic and solution-oriented.
- Proficiency in messaging and CRM tools (a plus).
