- Revenue generation via:
- Account opening
- Sale of loans and money transfers
- Cross-selling (each account equipped with ≥3 products).
- Profitable management of assigned accounts.
- Active participation in branch sales meetings.
- Implementing robust sales discipline:
- Execution of call plans
- Completion of call memos.
- Identifying business opportunities and defining closing strategies.
- Recommending loan grants (minimizing delinquency/default risks).
- Recovery of delinquent/defaulted loans.
- First degree (or equivalent) in banking, marketing, sales or management.
- Strong product knowledge.
- Developed cross-selling skills.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
- High proficiency in French and English.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Basic digital marketing knowledge.
