K Hotel, a subsidiary of the KADJI Group, is recruiting a Community Manager

Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
MISSION 
Highlight social media management, the creation of engaging content, online customer relations, e-REQUIRED monitoring and collaboration with influencers to promote the K Hotel and develop its community.

  • Analysis and reporting
Job Requirements
  • Advanced degree in communications, marketing or related field
  • Experience in social media management and content creation, ideally in the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in relevant social networks.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Notions of graphic design and visual content creation.
  • Ability to write clear, concise content adapted to each platform.
  • Good spelling and grammar skills.
  • Sense of customer relations and listening.
  • Ability to communicate effectively online and manage relationships with influencers.
  • Curiosity, creativity and responsiveness.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and open-mindedness.
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions
  • Fluent expression in English and French
