Business applications management
- Ensure the proper functioning of the software and applications used by the bank, manage updates and developments
- Manage installations, updates and upgrades in coordination with headquarters.
- Ensure the availability, security and performance of the IT network Ensure firmware updates in coordination with headquarters.
- Participate in improving and securing the network, resources and its users.
- Assist users , resolve incidents and proposing system improvements.
- Assist users in using the bank’s ticketing tools.
6. Verify, supervise and report on the work of service providers related to IT equipment in the branch, including the disaster recovery site.
7. Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment at the DR site.
8. Document procedures and write incident reports.
9. Ensure the proper functioning of the infrastructure within their team, including the Disaster Recovery (DR) site.
10. Prepare periodic reports for their team.
11. Attend periodic meetings of the management.
- Engineering degree in Computer Science (BACC+3).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, including 2 years in a similar position within a bank or financial institution.
- Skill in Windows and Linux system administration.
- Good knowledge of networks and protocols TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN.
- Good knowledge of computer maintenance.
- Ability to work under pressure and take relevant initiatives;
- Ability to quickly resolve technical issues
- Good knowledge of user support and incident management
- Strong skills in analysis and investigation;
- Proven skills in management and teamwork.
