Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
Main role(s)  
He she is responsible for managing applications and networks, playing a crucial role in the management, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems within the assigned branch network.
Key Responsibilities And Duties Include
Business applications management 
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the software and applications used by the bank, manage updates and developments
  • Manage installations, updates and upgrades in coordination with headquarters.
2. Network administration and supervision 
  • Ensure the availability, security and performance of the IT network  Ensure firmware updates in coordination with headquarters.
3. IT Security
  • Participate in improving and securing the network, resources and its users.
4. Technical support:
  • Assist users , resolve incidents and proposing system improvements.
  • Assist users in using the bank’s ticketing tools.
 5. Manage and maintain computer equipment.
6. Verify, supervise and report on the work of service providers related to IT equipment in the branch, including the disaster recovery site.
7. Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment at the DR site.
8. Document procedures and write incident reports.
9. Ensure the proper functioning of the infrastructure within their team, including the Disaster Recovery (DR) site.
10. Prepare periodic reports for their team.
11. Attend periodic meetings of the management.
Job Requirements
1 Required Academic Qualifications
  • Engineering degree in Computer Science (BACC+3).
2. Work Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, including 2 years in a similar position within a bank or financial institution.
3. Professional skills
  • Skill in Windows and Linux system administration.
  • Good knowledge of networks and protocols TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN.
  • Good knowledge of computer maintenance.
4. General skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and take relevant initiatives;
  • Ability to quickly resolve technical issues
  • Good knowledge of user support and incident management
  • Strong skills in analysis and investigation;
  • Proven skills in management and teamwork.
