- Support in developing branding strategies and marketing plans
- Assist in creating content for social media, presentations, and client projects
- Learn and apply the 5C Framework (Clarity, Consistency, Creativity, Collaboration & Community)
- Help manage branding systems, communication, and community engagement
- Conduct research, market analysis, and assist in day-to-day branding tasks
- A curious, coachable, and creative person
- Interest in marketing, branding, or digital strategy (experience is a plus, not a must)
- Strong writing, organisation and communication skills
- Familiarity with social media, Canva, or digital tools is a bonus
- Someone based in Douala and available to work from our space in Carrefour Agip
- Direct mentorship from a branding and business consultant
- Hands-on experience in real client projects and campaigns
- Training in personal branding, content creation, and brand strategy
