TYPE OF CONTRACTCDD
- Provide personalised support to customers accurately and efficiently.
- Informing customers about services and products.
- Respond to customers complaints.
- Produce customer’s contracts.
- Monitor request and files sent for processing.
- Managing customer and agent complaints in a timely manner.
- Recording customer requirements.
- Ensure that insurance policies (automobile, travel and any other policies authorised for seizure) are taken out.
- Tracing POOL TPV direct office files to be forwarded to technical every month end.
- Mastery of insurance techniques.
- Production and quotations.
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and dynamism.
- Availability and serenity.
- Good knowledge of business software
- Bilingual.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Education: 3/4 years’ higher education in Insurance, sales or Marketing
- 02 years’ experience
