As we scale our operations to meet growing demand, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Projects Manager to join our team.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of solar installation projects
- Manage relationships with clients
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Carry out feasibility studies and implementation planning
- Schedule and supervise the installation teams
- Manage quality control and commissioning activities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy or construction sector
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Nitty, Trello, or similar)
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Cameroon
