Full Stack Developer (React.js / Next.js / Laravel / Angular / Python / Node.js / Express.js / React Native / Flutter / Core Java / Spring Boot / .NET / DevOps – AWS)

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable full-stack web and mobile applications.
  • Build responsive UI with modern frameworks like React, Next.js, or Angular.
  • Implement secure backend APIs using Node.js, Express, or Laravel.
  • Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS Cloud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Optimize performance, fix bugs, and ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable web and mobile applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. You’ll collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality digital products.

 Core Responsibilities:
  1. End-to-End Development:
    • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Next.js, Angular, React Native, Flutter).
    • Build secure and efficient backend systems using Node.js, Express.js, Laravel, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), or .NET.
  2. API Development & Integration:
    • Create and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.
    • Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth2, etc.).
  3. Database Management:
    • Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase).
    • Ensure data consistency, security, and scalability.
  4. Cloud & DevOps (AWS):
    • Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
    • Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Docker.
  5. UI/UX Collaboration:
    • Work with design teams to convert wireframes and mockups into functional UI components.
    • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
  6. Performance Optimization:
    • Optimize application speed, performance, and scalability.
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
  7. Version Control & Code Quality:
    • Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented code using Git and code review practices.
    • Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient team collaboration.
  8. Continuous Learning:
    • Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest innovative solutions for product improvement.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Education & Qualification
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Equivalent professional experience in full stack development will also be considered.
 Technical Skills
  • Frontend Technologies:
    React.js, Next.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
  • Backend Technologies:
    Node.js, Express.js, Laravel, Python (Django / Flask), Java (Spring Boot), .NET Core.
  • Mobile Development (Preferred):
    React Native, Flutter.
  • Database Management:
    MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, Redis.
  • DevOps & Cloud:
    AWS (must-have), Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, Nginx.
  • Version Control:
    Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket for collaborative development.
  • Architecture & Design Patterns:
    MVC, Microservices, API-first design, Modular coding standards.
Experience
  • Minimum: 3 years
  • Maximum: 10 years
  • Proven experience delivering full-stack applications end-to-end (from UI to deployment).
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
 Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Time management and ability to work independently in remote environments.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
 Preferred Skills
  • Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or Serverless Architecture (AWS Lambda).
  • Knowledge of Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with Testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, JUnit, PyTest, etc.).
  • Exposure to UI animation, UX principles, or performance optimization techniques.
