- Identify, engage, and convert new prospects through in-person field sales activities.
- Present products/services with clarity, confidence, and persuasive communication.
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive demand.
- Conduct product demonstrations, events, and customer engagements in targeted field locations.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships and provide after-sales support where needed.
- Gather market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to inform marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Proven field sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently convince prospects and close deals face-to-face.
- Strong marketing understanding, able to translate value propositions into compelling messages.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories.
