Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and convert new prospects through in-person field sales activities.
  • Present products/services with clarity, confidence, and persuasive communication.
  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive demand.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, events, and customer engagements in targeted field locations.
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships and provide after-sales support where needed.
  • Gather market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Job Requirements
  • Proven field sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to confidently convince prospects and close deals face-to-face.
  • Strong marketing understanding, able to translate value propositions into compelling messages.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories.
