Job Description: Chef/Cook
Location: Ngousso, Yaounde
Job Summary
We are looking for a Cook for one of our clients. They will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes especially fast food according to our recipes and standards. You will work as part of a team to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, maintains cleanliness, and delivers delicious food promptly to our guests.
Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
 Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients, cook dishes, and plate meals according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory and ordering.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
  • Help with opening and closing kitchen duties.
Job Requirements

  • Proven experience, 1-2 years as a Cook, Line Cook, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
  • Must know how to cook fast food and African dishes
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
