- Location: Douala, Cameroon
- Reports to: RSSI – Information Security and Systems Manager
- Duration: 3 months (renewable)
- Provide technical assistance to users (Level 1 & 2 support).
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment.
- Configure, install, and prepare IT equipment (workstations, peripherals, software).
- Participate in monitoring network architecture (LAN, Wi-Fi, cabling, patching).
- Conduct basic monitoring of network performance.
- Contribute to IT security activities (updates, patches, application of best practices).
- Assist in system administration tasks (user management, access rights, shared resources).
- Draft and maintain technical documentation.
- Basic knowledge of IT maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS).
- Basic knowledge of IT security principles.
- Knowledge of system administration (Windows Server, Active Directory).
- Strong sense of responsibility, rigor, and service orientation.
- Team spirit, motivation, and willingness to learn.
