Context
As part of the upcoming establishment of our brewing unit in Tiko, we are launching a call for applications to recruit a Civil Engineering Manager. This strategic position aims to ensure the design, supervision, and maintenance of industrial infrastructures necessary for the proper functioning of the company.
- Supervise construction and development projects for industrial facilities.
- Ensure technical monitoring of worksites and guarantee compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Integrate metallurgical solutions into the design and execution of structures.
- Use and master computer-aided design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Collaborate with technical teams, contractors, and local authorities.
- Implement a preventive and corrective maintenance plan for infrastructures.
- Optimize costs and ensure compliance with project delivery deadlines.
- University degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor +4 or +5).
- Solid experience in metallurgy applied to industrial infrastructures.
- Proficiency in design and project management software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, etc.).
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in managing industrial construction projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of safety and environmental standards.
- Initiative, rigor, and ability to work under pressure.
